Our facilities are equipped with the ability to provide a variety of post-production finishings. We have many years of experience in decorating plastics and are knowledgeable of the different processes available, along with hybrid decorating methods for special requirements.

Plastic Injection Manufacturing

  • We have a range of molding machines from 80 Ton (110grams or 3.88 Oz) shot weight up to 650 Ton (3600 grams or 127 Oz).
  • Our molding dies range tie bar sizes are from 360x360 to 895x895.
  • All molding machines are computer or microprocessor controlled to produce consistent quality.
  • Automated drying and loading equipment is used to convey resins to molding machines for the best process conditions.
  • Proportional Color Feeders are used to mixing concentrates at the machine.
  • We have developed insert overlay molding of elastomer type materials onto molded parts with several of our client’s requirements.
  • We also have used sampling with in-mold decorating.
  • Our R&D team is constantly exploring the latest technologies for our future growth.
